Fabiola Ruggiero
Fabiola Ruggiero was born in Italy and raised between the captivating landscapes of Italy and France. With a background in marketing and communication and a passion for wine, she discovered her true calling – tea. In 2007, Cose di Tè, her tea business was born and in 2017 was awarded the Best Practice recognition by the European Community.
Fabiola has been traveling the world to meet small passionate tea farmers, from the mystical tea mountains in Yunnan, to the verdant plantations in Japan, and even the magical Ceylon tea gardens. By sourcing directly from the farms, she ensures unique, sustainable harvests that benefit both the land and its people.
Her love for tea transcends commerce. Fabiola is on a mission to share the wonders of tea culture far and wide. She orchestrates delightful tea events in enchanting locations across Europe, inviting enthusiasts to experience the art of tea firsthand. She practices the Japanese Tea Ceremony.
But her journey doesn’t end here. Fabiola collaborates with hospitality professionals, replacing industrial-grade tea with top-quality, sustainably farmed leaves. She trains chefs and sommeliers to apply wine potential to tea, crafting bespoke tea programs that create memorable experiences and generate returning customers.
